On Friday 10^th September 2021, Tunaweza Foundation organized a Gender Based Violence & Disability Awareness Workshop with the Paralegals & Counselors at KCCA Uganda Lubaga Division Offices. The workshop was supported by UN WOMEN Uganda under UN CERF Project.

The workshop was  a results-oriented workshop on primary and secondary response to violence against Women and Girls with disabilities, targeted across Paralegal and Social  sectors  leading to multisectoral plans of action for coordinated responses to this form of violence and strengthening existing community based mechanisms to enhance protection, prevention and response to Gender Based Violence against Women and Girls with disabilities.
